Instructional Approaches

  • ISA  combines two approaches: Balanced Literacy Approach & Play-Based Learning. 
  • Our Balanced Literacy program focuses on teaching the basics of reading through fun activities like reading stories aloud and shared writing.
  • Using songs and games to help children recognize and play with the sounds in words, we use Play-Based Learning to help kids explore, create, and imagine.
